Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including interview scheduling and employee record maintenance
- Support finance-related activities such as expense tracking and invoice processing
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and team activities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement organizational systems
- Help maintain an efficient, organized, and welcoming office environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, office management, or similar role
- Experience working in a small company or entrepreneurial environment preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to HR processes, onboarding, or employee coordination
- Basic bookkeeping or finance support experience
- Experience supporting projects and managing timelines
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence
