We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing, family-owned dealership specializing in modern manufactured homes. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the home buying process—from initial inquiry to final delivery—while delivering a high-quality, personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage walk-in and online customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Understand customer needs, budget, and lifestyle to recommend appropriate home models
- Present and tour homes, highlighting features, upgrades, and customization options
- Generate and follow up on leads (phone, email, website inquiries, and referrals)
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Prepare quotes, pricing sheets, and purchase agreements
- Coordinate with lenders, manufacturers, and internal team members to move deals forward
- Track all customer interactions and sales activity in CRM system
- Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, floor plans, pricing, and industry trends
- Assist with merchandising homes and keeping the sales lot presentable
Qualifications
- Must have previous sales experience (manufactured or real estate)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and basic software tools
- Ability to work weekends (required)
- Knowledge working with financial loan documents
- Preferred experience with knowledge of permitting and construction

Pay: $33,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
