Job Description:
- 4+ years of instructional design, curriculum development, and eLearning experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, quality, safety, or technical environments.
- Development of WBT, ILT, VILT, blended learning, job aids, and performance support tools.
- Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, scenario-based learning, and action-based learning.
- Proficiency with Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to translate complex technical content into engaging learning solutions.
- Project management, consulting, stakeholder communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Manufacturing-focused experience such as plant operations, technical upskilling, continuous improvement, standardized work, lean manufacturing, safety, quality, troubleshooting, ergonomics, and throughput (where supported by your experience).
- A portfolio mention showcasing eLearning, ILT/VILT, scenario-based learning, action-based learning, and performance support tools.
