What You’ll Be Doing:
- Selling used cars, trucks, vans, and commercial vehicles from a killer inventory that changes weekly
- Working leads from our website (reeciamotors.com), walk-ins, Facebook Marketplace, and your own network
- Posting your own vehicle ads and creating basic social content that sells (we’ll show you the ropes if needed)
- Following up with prospects and past customers—text, call, DMs, whatever works
- Helping people trade, finance, or buy outright—no micromanagement, just results
- Maintaining 2 dealerships and daily operation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience required. We care about attitude and work ethic.
- Comfort with texting, messaging apps, and basic posting tools (we use iPhones, Facebook, email, and DealerCenter)
- Strong communicator who can build trust fast
- Reliable, hungry, and ready to make money
What You Get:
- Base pay + commission (we’re not going to lowball—if you can sell, you’ll earn)
- Monday Through Saturday. 1 weekday off a week.
