WIN Family Health is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist to provide clinical leadership and supervision for our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP). We are looking for a collaborative leader who is passionate about developing staff, ensuring high-quality services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and helping individuals and families thrive.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to Counseling Support Workers.
- Review and approve clinical documentation to ensure quality and COMAR/Medicaid compliance.
- Guide staff in treatment planning, service delivery, and person-centered care.
- Conduct case consultations and provide clinical recommendations.
- Monitor program quality, documentation standards, and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to strengthen clinical services and staff development.
- Participate in clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Qualifications
- Maryland LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, CPRP
- Clinical licensure preferred, but not mandatory with leadership experience
- Experience supervising or mentoring behavioral health professionals is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services and COMAR regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Computer Skills – Working knowledge of basic computer skills, internet safety protocols, and word processing software.
Criminal Background Investigation – Participate in an individual background check consisting of a: FBI Criminal Background Check, Maryland Criminal Background Check, Child Protective Service Clearance, Maryland Judiciary Clearance, and Maryland Sex Offender Registry.
