About the Role
Richie Rich Leads is seeking experienced Remote Appointment Setters to join our roofing campaign. This is a performance-driven, commission-based role offering strong earning potential, structured growth opportunities, and the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Compensation
- Earning potential: $1,000 to $1,500+ biweekly
- $40 per qualified appointment (weekdays)
- $50 per qualified appointment (weekends)
- Option to move to a stable hourly base pay after probation
- Clear advancement pathway to Team Lead and Manager roles
Schedule
- Operating hours: 8 AM to 8 PM EST
- Flexible tracks: Part-Time (20 hrs), Full-Time (40 hrs), or Overtime (60 hrs)
- Fully remote position
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in outbound calling or appointment setting (mandatory)
- Experience with enterprise-grade or direct dialers, ideally within a roofing campaign
- Ability to follow proven scripts and confidently handle objections
- Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
