Responsibilities:
- Applying powder coating to parts in a paint booth
- Hanging parts on an over head conveyer line
- Prep parts for painting by pre racking, plugging, sanding, masking
- Assure parts are properly prepared for powder coating (remove water, plug, mask)
- Package parts after painted per process sheet
- Assist in preparing parts for shipping
- Read and follow process sheets and job travelers to determine how to process parts
- Provide assistance in hanging parts, packaging, inspection, material handling
- Maintain clean and safe working environment
- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Able to read and follow printed and verbal work instructions
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to perform repetitive motions
- Able to work independently
- Able to stand for long periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
