Your skills changed a child's life. Your workplace should respect that.
Coral Care is a therapist-first platform — not a staffing agency — that gives pediatric Physical Therapists the tools and infrastructure to run their own community-based practice. You bring the clinical expertise. We handle credentialing, billing, insurance, scheduling, and patient matching — all at no cost to you. No fees, no revenue share, no minimums. Ever.
What you'll do
You'll provide Physical Therapy evaluations and treatment to pediatric patients in their homes, schools, and everyday environments — the settings where kids make real, lasting progress. You choose your geographic area, set your own hours, and decide how many families you work with.
Pay
- $100-$115 per evaluation
- $65-$75 per treatment session
- Reliable bi-weekly direct deposits — no chasing insurance, no surprises
Why PTs choose Coral Care over staffing agencies and clinic jobs
Autonomy without the overhead. Most independent PTs spend hours on billing, credentialing, and finding patients. Coral Care handles all of that so you can focus entirely on clinical care. You get the freedom of private practice without the business headaches.
Flexibility that's actually flexible. PRN, part-time, or full-time — you design your schedule and caseload. Summer is one of our highest-demand periods as school-based services pause but families still need care, making it a great time to start or grow.
You're not alone. Join a peer network of 600+ pediatric therapists with access to clinical resources, referral bonuses, and a $500 CEU reimbursement after 50 sessions (limited time).
Fast start. Most therapists are matched with families in their area within 1–2 weeks of applying.
Who thrives here
PTs from outpatient, early intervention, home health, school-based, or private practice settings who want more autonomy, less burnout, and meaningful clinical work rooted in their community. Whether you're an experienced pediatric PT or earlier in your career, this model is built for therapists who want to practice on their own terms.
