Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee various events and activities to ensure smooth execution and maximum guest enjoyment
- Manage guest interactions with enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service and resolving conflicts swiftly and effectively
- Handle cash transactions accurately during ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales
- Assist in maintaining safety standards by wearing all PPE when required and keeping the building up to standards
- Engage with children and families through entertaining activities, ensuring a fun and safe environment for all ages
- Use public speaking skills to make announcements, introduce performers or activities, and communicate important information clearly
- Support team members with operations by assisting with setup, scooping garbage, and maintaining cleanliness in all other areas
Requirements
- Previous experience in events management or hospitality is highly desirable
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent customer service and guest services skills to create positive experiences for visitors of all ages
- Cash handling experience to manage transactions efficiently and accurately
- Forklift certification or experience is preferred but can train
- Working with children experience to engage young guests in activities confidently
- Public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with large groups or audiences
- Background in food service or hospitality environments is a plus
- Experience working in entertainment industry settings is advantageous for understanding entertainment dynamics
- Must be able to lift 55 lbs, not sensitive to loud noises and can wear a N95 mask for periods of time.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.25 per hour
