Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and service areas
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the food service area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality, catering, or food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team
