Employment Type: W2 Contract (Paid Weekly)
Role Overview:
BEPC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to support our client’s production operations in Temecula, CA. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with at least 6 months of manufacturing experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to quality and precision. Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform production and assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment
- Use microscopes and hand tools to inspect and handle small components
- Follow established policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Read and interpret written instructions and production documentation
- Maintain high-quality standards while meeting productivity goals
- Participate in instructor-led training sessions conducted in English
- Communicate schedule availability, including planned time off, in advance
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience required
- Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
- Comfortable working with microscopes in a production setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Experience using hand tools and performing detailed manual work
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to perform physical movements such as bending, twisting, climbing, and lifting
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must pass eye exam and color vision test
Contract Details:
- Location: Temecula, CA (onsite)
- Schedule: Full-time, 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM to 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
- Duration: W2 Contract 6 months w/ possible extensions!
