Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, processing returns, replacements, dropping off packages to the shipping partners including Post office etc. and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly in the internal messaging software.
- Assist in product demonstrations via video chat to enhance customer understanding, product use, and satisfaction.
- Pick and pack customer replacements or missing items
- Process returns
- Have a Valid Drivers License to be able to drive company Vehicle to local post office to drop off packages
- Handle stocking duties such as product tagging when there is a lull in customer requests.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs to move customers packages and packaging materials
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering excellent experiences.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Familiarity with stocking procedures to maintain inventory levels effectively.
