Audiology Inc. is seeking a full-time Audiology Assistant to join our locally owned practice in Show Low. This unique role combines direct patient care with front office coordination, making you an essential part of our team.
No previous audiology experience? That's okay! We are happy to train the right individual who is compassionate, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable using technology.

As an Audiology Assistant, you'll help ensure every patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors until they leave. You'll work closely with our licensed audiologists while also supporting front office operations to keep the practice running efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Welcome, check in, and room patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms between appointments.
- Assist audiologists during patient appointments and procedures.
- Clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on hearing aids.
- Run hearing aid performance tests using specialized equipment.
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in and check-out.
- Answer phones and communicate with patients, physicians, and hearing aid manufacturers.
- Accurately document information and maintain patient records.
- Support daily office operations and help create an efficient, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Learn and use hearing healthcare technology, electronic medical records, scheduling software, and manufacturer programming systems.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
