As a self-motivated individual who is goal-driven, you will work closely with our Account Executive team to help rapidly grow our daily sales numbers. As a vital member of the sales team
What You’ll Do:
- As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with warm prospects to introduce Highway Products
- Training provided
- Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening skills, proper terminology, and approved messaging
- Educate and inform potential customers of our platform's value and ROI by demonstrating a strong understanding of our target market, industry knowledge, and value proposition
- Qualify potential leads and book appointments for software demonstrations for our Sales Team (Account Executives and ISRs)
- Ensure successful handoffs to our Sales teams
- Meet monthly activity goals for calls and bookings as defined by sales leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Understanding of the Mortgage industry and Real Estate industry
- A natural curiosity, intelligence, grit, and focus on learning and improving day over day is required
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills include positive and energetic phone skills, excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of Highway Products as outlined within the training program
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven history of showing up, being dedicated, hitting deadlines, and continuous improvement
