Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Manage cash handling, billing, and POS transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all serving areas, including bar and dining spaces
- Assist with food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles within a restaurant or bar environment is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through strong time management skills
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable
- Knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, wine varieties, craft beer trends, and brewing processes is a plus
- Familiarity with fine dining service standards and food safety regulations
- Retail math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy are essential
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
