The Sales Operations & Enablement Analyst is responsible for supporting the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of the sales organization through data-driven insights, process optimization, CRM administration, sales enablement programs, project coordination, and performance reporting. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Legal teams to improve sales productivity, streamline processes, and support revenue growth.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable sales operations processes to drive efficiency across the end-to-end sales cycle.
Partner with Sales leadership to support pipeline growth, sales performance optimization, and execution of key strategic initiatives.
Own and optimize CRM processes (Microsoft Dynamics 365), ensuring data integrity, adoption, and effective utilization.
Develop and deliver Power BI dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights and executive-level visibility into performance.
Drive lead generation strategies and support Sales teams in improving pipeline quality and accelerating the sales cycle.
Promote process standardization and automation, transitioning manual workflows into scalable systems and tools.
Manage integrated project plans and timelines across multiple interrelated initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and dependencies.
Oversee program execution, coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure delivery against scope, timelines, and objectives.
Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, driving alignment, accountability, and effective communication.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Legal to enable seamless execution.
Monitor performance metrics and project progress, proactively identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Deliver structured reporting and develop executive-level presentations to support leadership communication and decision-making.
Coordinate and support industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and business development opportunities.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related discipline.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to develop executive-level presentations and storytelling materials.
Strong expertise in Power BI and data visualization, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets for analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms, including process optimization, data governance, and user adoption.
Strong project planning and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.
High level of accountability, ownership, organization, and follow-through.
Experience supporting sales organizations through pipeline management, lead generation, forecasting, or sales performance initiatives preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment is preferred.
Excel Advanced.
Experience supporting sales organizations, preferably within a telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, or related industry preferred.
