Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in their homes
- Design custom outdoor living projects
- Build trust and educate customers
- Create solutions that fit each homeowner's needs
- Present pricing and financing options
- Close sales and maintain customer relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of in-home remodeling sales experience
- Patio cover or outdoor living experience preferred
- Strong closing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- Commission-based
- First-year earning potential: $100,000-$250,000+
