Night Shift Parking Lot Sweeper – Full-Time
Affiliated Building Maintenance, a full-service retail and commercial facilities provider, is seeking a Night Shift Parking Lot Sweeper to join our team. We maintain retail and commercial properties overnight, ensuring they are clean, safe, and welcoming for customers each day.

No experience? We will train you! Experienced sweepers are also encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate parking lot sweeping equipment to clean retail and commercial properties
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment (training provided)
- Follow company safety standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License
- Acceptable driving record for the last 39 months
- Some sweepers require a Class D license and medical certification
- Mechanically inclined (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proven record of safe work practices
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, dust, fumes, vibrations)
- Moderate noise levels
- Sit, climb, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts – safety compliance required
Preferred Experience Factors (Not Required):
- Prior work on night shifts or with variable schedules
- Crew management experience and the ability to solve problems on job sites using critical thinking
- Familiarity with reclaim systems or large-scale commercial cleaning projects
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) for effective crew communication and coordination
