Qualifications
-
Experience working in the AEC industry
-
Writing/responding to RFP and RFQ's
-
Strong editorial, verbal, and written communication skills.

Visualization and Storytelling experience required

Editorial layout training strongly preferred

Experience and success working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail

Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, researching, and problem-solving ability

Client service-oriented
Responsibilities:
-
Develop and manage proposals, statements of qualification, and pursuit deliverables from kick-off through to shortlist presentation.

Coordinate, write, edit, layout, and produce statements of qualification, proposals, interview presentations, and leave behind materials

Establish, work to, and manage proposal development calendar to include:

Prospective client research

Guide pursuit/proposal team in developing and refining winning strategies and themes, compelling messages, and persuasive differentiators

Collaborate with key proposal team members, graphic designers, and fellow marketers to ensure deliverables meet client needs and RFP/RFQ requirements

Provide preliminary and final quality control check of materials, including proofreading for grammar, request for proposal (RFP) compliance, and conformance to proposal strategies and win themes
