Temporary | 20 Hours per Week | 3-Month Assignment
Looking to build your experience in Talent Acquisition while making an immediate impact? We’re looking for a highly organized, people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team for a three-month temporary assignment.
In this role, you’ll help keep the recruiting and onboarding process moving—from job posting and candidate coordination through pre-employment and a new hire’s first day.

Create and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms

Review applications and assist with initial candidate screening

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams

Maintain accurate candidate information in our applicant tracking system

Support background screenings, reference checks, and other pre-employment activities

Assist with offer letters and hiring documentation

Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process and help deliver a positive candidate experience

Initiate and coordinate new hire onboarding, including required documentation and start details

Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to keep recruiting and onboarding activities on track

Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting, events, and other Talent Acquisition projects as needed
You’re someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You communicate professionally, enjoy working with people, and understand that the little details can make a big difference in a candidate’s experience.
Previous experience in recruiting, Human Resources, administrative support, or a coordination-focused role is preferred.
This is a temporary, part-time opportunity working approximately 20 hours per week for three months. It’s a great fit for someone looking to gain hands-on Talent Acquisition experience or an experienced coordinator interested in a short-term opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
