~~We are currently looking for someone to join the team for a minimum of 1 year.~~
Our retail sales positions are responsible for:
- Assisting customers with plant selection, care, and sales
- Answering questions and directing customers to the proper department
- Maintaining healthy plant inventory; troubleshooting issues
- Stocking, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean
- Working as part of a positive, team-oriented crew
- Prioritizing tasks, as well as communicating any questions or concerns
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable attendance
- A friendly, helpful attitude
- Willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather (some indoor positions are available)
- Motivation to learn
- Weekend availability
- Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
A strong work ethic and a great attitude are necessary; prior plant knowledge is a plus but not required.
