$50,000 – $90,000+ (Base + Commission)

What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement (Leads Provided)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend tailored coverage solutions
- Close sales across home, auto, life, and commercial lines
- Deliver a high-level client experience that drives retention and referrals
- Stay sharp on products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Sales experience is a strong plus especially in consultative or commission-driven environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable with performance expectations
- Coachable with a growth mindset
- Organized and able to manage follow-up without being micromanaged
