Concrete Finisher / Laborer

Flagg Enterprises is a locally owned concrete company with over 20 years of experience. We’re looking for a experienced Concrete Finisher who can step onto a jobsite and contribute immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Place, screed, level, and finish concrete for residential and commercial flatwork
- Perform hand finishing, edging, jointing, floating, and broom finishing to a high-quality standard
- Operate power trowels, concrete saws, vibrators, and other finishing equipment
- Assist with setting and stripping forms, grading, and jobsite preparation as needed
- Identify and correct finishing issues to ensure proper appearance, slope, and drainage
- Work efficiently with the crew during pours to maintain timing and quality
- Assist with jobsite cleanup and material handling
- Follow jobsite safety procedures and properly maintain tools and equipment
Requirements:
- Previous professional concrete finishing experience required
- Ability to screed, float, edge, joint and broom-finish concrete
- Experience with residential and/or commercial flatwork
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a crew
- Able to perform physically demanding work outdoors
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, safety-conscious and takes pride in quality workmanship
