Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. The Store Clerk will assist customers, maintain the store’s cleanliness, and ensure products are well-stocked and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale system.
- Receive deliveries, organize and stock shelves while keeping the store clean and organized for easy restocking of inventory.
- Work with management to ensure accurate records of receipts and inventory audits.
- Follow company and WIC policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate reliability and commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
