Part-Time Host/Hostess – Ferment & Fire

Ferment & Fire is looking for a dependable, professional, and positive Host/Hostess to join our team. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking care of people and understands that first impressions matter.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting every guest with a smile
- Managing table flow and maintaining rotation
- Handling in-house and third-party to-go orders
- Answering phones and making reservations
- Communicating accurate wait times
- Processing guest payments and maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Bussing tables and assisting with dining room cleanliness
- Running food and supporting servers when needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- A hard worker who stays busy and actively looks for ways to improve their surroundings
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Focused on providing an excellent guest experience
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Open availability is strongly preferred
- Restaurant experience is a plus, especially previous hosting experience
Part-time hours available, including evenings and weekends.
