Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the property to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment for residents. This role supports daily operations by completing work orders, assisting with unit turnovers, and maintaining building systems, grounds, and common areas under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager maintaining living environment for residents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and basic preventative maintenance.
- Complete resident work orders in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Assist with unit turnover and apartment preparation, including repairs, touchups, cleaning coordination, and inspection support.
- Maintain common areas and amenities, including pools/spas (if applicable), fitness areas, laundry rooms, and grounds.
- Conduct routine property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining tools, supplies, and equipment in an organized and safe manner.
- Support vendor and contractor activities as directed.
- Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Participate in the on‑call rotation and respond to after‑hours emergencies as assigned.
Physical and Environmental Demands
This role requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50–75 pounds; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders or stairs; work in confined spaces; work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions; operate tools and equipment safely; and use PPE as required. Work Schedule and On‑Call Requirements
The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed to meet operational demands. Participation in an on‑call rotation may be required.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
