Required:
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience across frontend and backend
- Solid working experience with at least two of: PHP, Vue, React Native, AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.)
- Comfort working across the full stack — you don't need to be an expert in everything, but you're willing to go wherever the problem takes you
- Experience contributing to or writing technical documentation (TDRs, design docs, ADRs, or similar)
- Strong communication skills — you can explain your thinking clearly to both technical and non-technical teammates
- A systems-thinking mindset: you consider how pieces fit together, not just the piece in front of you
- Experience with or enthusiasm for agentic AI workflows (e.g., AI-assisted coding, automated testing, prompt-driven development) — this is part of how we work at Wondr.
Preferred:
- Experience with health tech, wellness platforms, or mission-driven products
- Familiarity with mobile development workflows (React Native in particular)
- Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical initiatives
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps practices
GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
General office working conditions can be remote from home or in the office. Each department head determines if position is work from home or hybrid meaning works from home and in the office as needed. Work schedules vary.
