As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will represent AT&T by engaging directly with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending wireless products and services that create value. No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, sales coaching, and mentorship to help you develop the communication, customer engagement, and sales skills needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do as an AT&T Sales Associate:
- Represent AT&T through professional face-to-face customer interactions
- Engage with customers to identify needs and recommend customized wireless solutions
- Educate customers on AT&T products, services, promotions, and available options
- Drive new customer acquisition through effective sales conversations
- Build strong customer relationships while delivering an exceptional experience
- Achieve individual and team sales goals through consistent effort and follow-up
- Participate in daily sales meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development
