1MR One More Round is a high‑energy boxing and kickboxing gym where community, technique, and personal growth come first. Our St Pete location is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a fitness environment and loves helping people take the first step in their fitness journey.
This is not a receptionist position. We are looking for a proactive, engaged, enthusiastic team player that cares about others success and wants to be part of something special.
This role is part sales, part admin, and fully about people.
What you will do
- Lead Management - Respond quickly to incoming leads, book trial classes, and follow up with prospects
- Front Desk Operations - Greet members, check in clients, answer questions, and know members by name
- Sales Support - Take payments, process memberships, and assist with upgrades
- Membership Administration - Maintain accurate member records, billing updates, and attendance tracking
- Customer Service - Build relationships, handle concerns, and ensure every member feels valued
- Social Media Support - Capture class footage and member moments as directed by the marketing team
- Gym Support - Help with light cleaning, organization, and general tasks that keep the studio running smoothly
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in the fitness industry or membership sales
- Fitness Front Desk Experience strongly preferred
- Passion for martial arts, combat sports, or high‑intensity fitness
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
- Fast, accurate, and organized with admin tasks
- Comfortable with sales conversations and booking trials
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Social‑media‑savvy is a bonus.

Schedule

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
