**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Roofing Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and possess strong business development skills. No previous roofing sales experience is necessary, training is provided. This is an outside sales position. This is a 100% commission-based position. Must have great energy for Door to Door sales and willing to canvass every day. Our salespeople who hustle and are teachable can easily hit $100k per year. Make $70k per year, and over $100k if you have elite hustle. Training starts February 16th don't miss out!
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
- Inspect roofs and provide written estimates to potential clients
- Become storm damage experts, including meeting with adjusters
**Requirements:**
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently
- Valid Driver License
- Proven experience in sales is HELPFUL
- Prior Roofing Industry Experience (sales / project mangement) is HELPFUL

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
