Speech Language Pathologist – Skilled Nursing Facility
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing rehabilitation team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This position offers the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality patient-centered care to the geriatric population.
Responsibilities

Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans

Treat residents with speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders

Complete timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
-
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care

Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
-
Maintain productivity standards while delivering quality clinical care
Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology

Active state SLP license or eligibility
-
Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Passion for working with the senior adult population
