Blue Stone Therapy is launching a brand-new outpatient therapy program at Peaceful Pines of Mitchell in Mitchell, SD, and we're building our therapy team from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
-
Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
-
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
-
Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services
-
Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and home exercises
-
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
-
Maintain timely, accurate documentation
-
Support the growth of a new outpatient therapy program
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
-
Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
-
Current Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota
