- Document resident food and fluid intake
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment, making beds and keeping living areas tidy
- Transport residents within the facility and assist nurses and other staff as needed
- Adhere to professional standards, facility policies, and federal, state, and local requirements and standards
- Maintain confidentiality of all residents and facility data
Requirements:
- Current and Valid CNA certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- Keen attention to detail and in-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
- Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for various medical conditions
- Physical strength and stamina
- First aid and CPR certifications
