Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Electrical Service Manager to lead and oversee electrical service operations for residential and commercial projects. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate electrical system design, installation, and maintenance activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians and service staff to enhance team performance.
Oversee scheduling and daily assignment of service calls balancing work load and efficiency.
Act as the main point of contact for customers addressing inquiries and providing support to resolve service related issues.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and promote repeat business.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
Prepare estimates and manage budgets for larger service projects.
Monitor service job profitability.
Ensure that all electrical work is performed in compliance with local, state and national electrical codes.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years experience in either service management or project management for an electrical contractor.
Must possess a valid FL Driver's License and have a clean MVR.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
