The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the real estate industry. This role involves assisting with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

A South Carolina real estate license is not required, but the right candidates must be willing to work towards being licensed within the next 12 months.
Duties
- Assist in managing property listings and marketing materials to enhance visibility and attract potential buyers or renters.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings while ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and managing correspondence.
- Conduct market research to assist in pricing properties effectively and understanding local market trends.
- Communicate with clients regarding property inquiries, negotiations, and updates throughout the buying or renting process.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws in all transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the office.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong negotiation skills to assist in closing deals effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote properties successfully.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Licensed SC Broker preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
