- Interview offenders, victims, and collateral contacts to gather relevant information for case evaluation and decision-making
Experience
- Proven experience in social work, law enforcement, or criminal justice settings demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with case management practices and report writing procedures
- Skilled in conducting interviews with diverse populations while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Knowledge of crisis management strategies to handle high-stress situations effectively
- Experience applying motivational interviewing techniques to motivate behavioral change in clients is highly desirable
