What You’ll Bring

BCBA Certification: Minimum of three years of BCBA experience.

Master’s Degree: In Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Leadership & Mentorship Experience: Prior experience supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs preferred.

Expertise in ABA Assessments: Proficiency in VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, EFL, AFLS, PEAK, and Practical Functional Assessments.

Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to engage, mentor, and drive clinical performance across teams.

Ethical, Compassionate Leadership: Passionate about developing clinicians, enhancing patient outcomes, and fostering a culture of growth.
