We are currently seeking a hardworking, dependable, and motivated individual to join our Control Panel Assembly team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well in a team environment, and is eager to contribute to the production of highly reliable control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels and enclosures
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform soldering and crimping tasks
- Use handheld meters and test equipment for basic troubleshooting and verification
- Install and route wiring within electrical enclosures
- Perform assigned activities from oral and/or written instructions, drawings, or other manufacturing information.
- Maintain expected progress of jobs in area of assignment and communication of problem areas.
- Follow procedures for handling ESD-sensitive components
- Follow established procedures/work instructions for assigned activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Lift and move materials up to 30 pounds as needed
Requirements:
- Prior electrical assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Fundamental understanding of basic electronics and instruments
- Strong willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship required
