Job Title: Superintendent I
Location: 100% Travel (WY, WI, NM, MN, and others)
Pay Range: $111,000 yearly - $168,000 yearly (plus bonuses)
Work Hours: Travel Rotation Monday- Friday (3 weeks on then 1 week remote/ home)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent I to join our Energy Storge Group with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Aptitude to anticipate problems, critical issues, and opportunities as they arise; along with the capability to creatively problem-solve and bring together viable solutions. The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for providing coordination of project site work activities and supervision of on-site work teams for multiple construction projects or large, complex construction projects.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Organization, flexibility, excellent customer focus, and strong communication are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to:
Planning and implementation to ensure all materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management, or 10 years of trade experience
- Minimum eight years of construction experience with two of those years having supervisory experience
- Experience with large utility projects preferred
- Utilities and Energy Storage industry experience and knowledge preferred
- Experience in the inverter, and DC battery technology preferred but not required
- Current driver’s license
- Shown ability to fulfill all responsibilities for multiple, complex projects
- Detail orientation sufficient to organize and lead multiple project tasks
- Possess a basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
- Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level
- Shown positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills
