Responsibilities
- Supervise all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage business operations teams to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining operational standards.
- Utilize Excel data analysis to monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Oversee accounting and finance functions related to front office activities, including billing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation decisions.
- Maintain technical proficiency with relevant software systems to streamline workflows and enhance guest experiences.
- Train and develop staff on customer service best practices, technical tools, and operational procedures to foster a motivated team environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in managing business operations teams within a hospitality or service-oriented environment.
- Strong background in Excel data analysis combined with accounting and finance expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to perform financial analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Prior experience overseeing front office or reception functions with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
- Technical proficiency with property management systems or similar software platforms.
