Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Market Makers to join our roofing sales team. This is not your typical 9-to-5 job. As a sales rep, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy—you are essentially your own boss. If you’re self-driven, disciplined, and ready to grow your income based on performance, please keep reading. We are a roofing company who's largest revenue stream is insurance restoration work. Most of our clients are paying very little out of pocket for the work we do, which makes this a very easy sale for candidates who are willing to go out and prospect leads.
Responsibilities
- Increase business revenue and personal commission by generating leads and closing sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects in order to obtain new business.
- Conduct door knocking to identify and close prospects.
- Present company services to prospects, demonstrating their value and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales management and back office to refine sales goals and performance.
- Track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- You must be comfortable climbing a ladder and inspecting a roof.
- Sales and construction experience are not necessary. We will train the right candidates.
- You must have a vehicle as this job requires you to be in the field prospecting on location.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
