Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled BAS Electronic Installer to join our growing team. You will install, wire, and commission low-voltage electronic control systems for diverse commercial projects. Your work will directly impact energy efficiency and system performance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Install hardware: Mount controllers, sensors, actuators, and network communication panels.
- Run wiring: Pull and route low-voltage cables and conduit safely.
- Terminate connections: Connect wires to control panels and field devices.
- Read blueprints: Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical wiring diagrams.
- Test systems: Conduct point-to-point wiring checks to ensure proper installation.
- Collaborate: Work alongside project managers, electricians, and software technicians.
- Maintain safety: Follow all OSHA regulations and local electrical codes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years installing low-voltage electrical or HVAC controls.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with digital multimeters and hand tools.
- Blueprint literacy: Ability to read complex electrical circuit drawings.
- Physical stamina: Comfort working on ladders, lifts, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- License: Valid Puerto Rico driver's license and clean driving record.
- Education: High school diploma required; trade school or technical certification preferred.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
