Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Lot Attendant to join our team. This role involves managing vehicle movement, providing excellent guest services, and maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership’s parking area. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a background in hospitality or retail, and experience with driving and cash handling. Bilingual abilities and dealership or delivery driver experience are a plus. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer service is a top priority.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with vehicle parking and retrieval, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Drive vehicles safely within <LOCATION> parking areas, including manual transmission vehicles when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and surrounding areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries professionally and courteously
- Handle cash transactions accurately during valet or parking services, utilizing retail math skills as needed
- Support dealership operations by assisting with vehicle movement for service or sales purposes
- Detailing new and used vehicles
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle flow and guest needs
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and dealership policies during vehicle handling and customer interactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or retail environments preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; experience with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous
- Knowledge of parking regulations and layout is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
