Overview
Customer Service will be responsible for handling communication to customers via phone and email, greeting drivers, preparing paperwork for orders, and filing.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones on a 3-line system
- Respond to emails
- Relay messages between staff and customers
- Greet drivers and assist Shipping/Receiving staff with order pickup and dropoff
- Create shipping labels and schedule pickups
- Enter orders or create shipping paperwork
- Filing
- Collaborate with other employees to address customer concerns
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 50 WPM typing speed.
- 10,000 KPM 10-key speed.
- Proficiency with computer-related tasks.
- 2 years minimum office job experience
- Previous experience with chemical processing, aerospace, or manufacturing is a plus.
