About the Role
We are looking for a precision-focused Multi-Axis CNC Machinist to join our high-tech manufacturing facility. You will leverage your expertise in Mazak Integrex systems and advanced programming to deliver high-quality components for demanding industries, ensuring our production standards remain industry-leading.
Responsibilities-
Program, set up, and operate multi-tasking CNC machines to produce complex, high-tolerance parts.

Interpret intricate technical blueprints and engineering specifications to ensure absolute precision.

Utilize G-Code and Mazatrol to optimize machining sequences and drive production efficiency.

Execute live tooling operations on CNC lathes while maintaining strict quality control.

Collaborate with engineering teams to refine machining processes and improve overall throughput.

Manage material handling for diverse substrates, including various plastics and aerospace-grade alloys.
Qualifications-
Proven experience with Mazak Integrex or similar mill/turn platforms.

Proficiency in G-Code programming and Mazatrol control systems.

Strong background in reading and interpreting complex technical blueprints.

Demonstrated ability to perform independent machine setups and troubleshooting.

Experience producing close-tolerance parts, ideally within the aerospace sector.

Advanced proficiency in Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software.

Experience with CMM inspection equipment and program verification.

Expertise in multi-axis machining and complex offset management.

Over 10 years of hands-on experience in high-precision manufacturing environments.

Formal CNC machining certification or specialized technical training.
