Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC/MAINTENANCE professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, clean, and operational. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be able to perform various maintenance tasks effectively. Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform residential painting tasks as required to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Execute basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting using an ohmmeter.
- Maintain and repair various equipment and systems within the facility.
- Utilize schematics for understanding and repairing mechanical systems.
- Assist in welding pipe tasks as needed for structural repairs.
- Support the facilities maintenance team with routine upkeep, including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Communicate effectively in English or Spanish with team members and management regarding maintenance issues.
Skills
- Proficient in residential painting techniques.
- Experience in pipe welding and basic electrical work.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English or spanish, both verbal and written.
- Leadership qualities that promote teamwork and efficient task completion.
