Do you have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience installing site utilities, grading, finish grading and foundation excavations, and possess the ability to work well both independently and within a group?

Who we’re looking for:
If you have previous experience operating construction equipment such as a backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front-end loader, or grader to excavate, move and grade earth and install structures, we want to hear from you!
You’ll be successful if you have a positive attitude and work well with a fast-paced team.
Your workday might look like this:
Operating Heavy Equipment in a construction environment
Conduct Heavy Equipment safety checks, and preventative maintenance
Maintain a safe work environment adhering to OSHA and company safety policies
Identify possible safety hazards, and ensure issues are promptly addressed.
Place underground pipe
Assist with other construction activities as directed
You need to have:
2+ years of civil experience with any of the following: excavator, backhoe, front-end loader, tractor, or other heavy equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively with team and supervisors
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
OSHA 10 or 30 a plus
CDL Preferred
Ability to set grades and to understand plans/specs is a HUGE plus
