We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in their daily activities. This role involves working closely with clients, offering personalized care tailored to their unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal hygiene.
- Monitor patient health by observing and reporting any changes in condition.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Support individuals with memory care needs by implementing cognitive exercises and routines.
- Assist clients with mobility, including lifting and transferring as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed.
- Document care provided and any observations related to the client's well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
Experience
- Previous experience in home health or caregiving is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and basic CPR skills is advantageous.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy are essential qualities for success in this role.
- Ability to lift clients safely and assist them in mobility tasks is required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
