HIRING: Executive Personal Assistant – New York City/Long Island (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level business, personal, and household support to a busy principal. Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive executive and personal support across business and private matters.
· Manage a complex calendar, including business meetings, personal appointments, and family commitments.
· Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison with business associates, household staff, vendors, family members, and personal contacts while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
· Research solutions, anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and ensure the seamless day-to-day management of the principal's business and personal affairs.
· Manage bill payments, household expenses, insurance matters, claims, and related paperwork.
· Perform additional administrative and personal responsibilities as needed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and all travel logistics.
· Manage day-to-day personal errands, including returns, exchanges, and other miscellaneous requests.
· Purchase groceries, gifts, and household essentials while ensuring the residence remains fully stocked.
· Assist with household organization and oversee household management, including vendor coordination and service appointments.
· Coordinate reservations, gifting, special events, and other personal projects.
· Help care for a friendly dog, including coordinating appointments and occasional walks.
Qualifications
· Must reside in New York City.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative or private-service role.
· Bachelor's degree
· Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
· Highly resourceful, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Quicken, and technology-based scheduling and productivity tools.
· Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and household administration.
· Professional, polished, discreet, dependable, and service-oriented.
· Flexible schedule with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
· Valid driver's license strongly preferred. A vehicle will be provided for occasional driving to and from Long Island and the Hamptons.
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary: $75,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience.
· Annual discretionary bonus.
