Order Shipper & Packer: Heavy-Lift Shipper & Precision Packer (High-Accuracy Role)
What the Job Requires:
- Physical Engine: You will be moving 3 to 40 items per order, often totaling thousands of pounds. You need the stamina to do this all day without slowing down.
- The "Accountant" Brain: You must be able to read complex pick-sheets and match SKUs perfectly. A "6" is not a "9." Missing one washer or one bracket is a failure that costs us a customer.
- Monday Reliability: Our customers don't take Mondays off, and neither does our accuracy. We require someone who arrives sharp, focused, and ready to work every single morning.
- Situational Awareness: We operate in a tight, professional environment. We respect our workspace and our customers; this means being present, alert, and mindful of how you present yourself.
